Writing a name with a marker pen

FAQs

Does it fade after washing?

No. The ink is water resistant and lasts up to 50 washes without fading. Wait 48 hours after stamping before you wash the item.

Can I stamp thin clothes?

Yes. On thin fabric the ink can bleed through, so use the white tape that comes with every order. Cut it to size, stamp the name on the tape, let it dry, then iron it onto the garment. A hair dryer speeds up the drying.

How many letters can I insert?

Up to 15 characters in the name field, and up to 15 in the optional last name field. Fewer letters look cleanest. Accented characters are supported (é, à, ü, å), along with numbers.

What if I run out of ink?

Any standard stamp ink from a newsagent or arts and crafts store will refill it. Black or white, whichever side you need.
