Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed to our carrier and is on its way. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Estimated transit times by region are:

  • US: 15–20 business days
  • UK: 17–25 business days
  • Australia: 15–24 business days
  • Canada: 14–20 business days
  • Worldwide: 20–30 business days

Please note that during holidays or unforeseen carrier delays, shipping may take longer. International shipments may also experience customs delays beyond our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete addresses can result in delays or cancellations. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for confirmation. If we do not receive a response, your order may be cancelled.

If you spot an error in your details, contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, though we can’t guarantee changes after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At Glorysia, we work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays may happen due to external factors such as weather, customs, or transit disruptions. We’ll always keep you updated on any significant changes and assist you promptly.

In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to product availability, payment issues, or address verification. You’ll be notified immediately if this happens.

While Glorysia isn’t liable for carrier delays or events outside our control, our team is always available to help you track, resolve, and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We recommend reaching out to the courier as well to initiate a claim.

We’ll coordinate with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process. Although Glorysia cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist and may offer a replacement where appropriate.
